Oxford fixed our ac unit, we had the best experience with this team. Budget friendly , Professional and friendly crew, they worked with home warranty to get us the best deal. One thing i observed is that they always covered their shoes when getting inside house,

Our experience with Oxford Air has been extremely disappointing. The individual in charge lacks effective communication skills and often comes across as rude or angry. Aside from the subpar service, it seems that there are personal issues impacting the overall professionalism and quality of service.

Waste of time. Our rental warranty had to send a HVAC tech out for an issue. This guy didn't know what he was doing. Talked about how important it is to change air filters and repeated himself over and over on how an HVAC system works. Couldn't figure out what was going on with our system and left right away. After my own research and homework, I figured out the problem and fixed it myself. STAY AWAY from this clown.

Over the last 20 years that I have used services from many different companies to repair things at home or for maintenance, Oxford Air is the worst. The person does not even communicate well. He is like angry or something. Besides the bad service, he as some personal issues

My experience with Oxford air was horrible. The technician was sent to us via our home warranty insurance, and we paid our $75 for the technician to come to fix the issue we had , which was our air was not cooling. So he came in and told us what to do, clean the filters of the two units ouraisw, replace the filters inside and kept going on and on on what we should do, so this guy told us what to do and gave us a whole speech but did nothing for us and walked away. It was a waste of money. We called our insurance and had to pay again for someone to come in and we got lucky we got the right company to fix the issue, which was not as simple of cleaning or replacing the filters. Do not use this company as they will tell you what you should do and they do nothing.

Oxford Air has been the the point of contact when it comes to HVAC matter for over several years. The experience we had is nothing short of superb. Oxford Air is not only professional, quick turn around time, but also TRULY knowledgeable about the entire HVAC system. This is not a company (UNLIKE other companies we dealt with in the past before knowing Oxford Air) that came to inspect the entire system and ask you - "How old is your AC?" We had company asking this question first then telling us it is time to replace the AC instead. Oxford Air always do a thorough diagnosis by asking the symptons of what the AC or heater exhibited. Long time ago, we had a company doing maintenance on the HVAC during winter (prior to knowing Oxford Air). The person told us something completely untrue, in an attempt to charge extra things not needed. BUT not with Oxford Air because the remedies to repair the HVAC system were after CAREFUL diagnostic by Oxford. The remedies have made the AC or heater back to work again. Just a snapshot of the work done: replacing heater motor just before a winter storm/fixing a small component which stopped some rattling sound inside the furnace/cleaned the HVAC system as maintenance/repaired a burnt fuse/corrected improper ducting in the attic caused by home builder (these are not on one service call but throughout the years) which made two ROOMS finally get MORE flow of COLD Air than ever before. Even if one follows changing AC filters regularly, clean the vents yearly, there is always something unexpected in hot summer or cold winter. We would without hesitation to recommend Oxford Air to anyone who is looking for an honest expert for all things pertaining to HVAC.
