The job was well done. the only challenge is that the contractor keeps changing his charges per stage covered.
The agreed charges on contract will always be changing.
I do not think that is professional at all and it disturbs my planning badly.Response from Oxin Star Inc October 27, 2020This customer was very low on budget and we did a lot of work for almost free, when we removed the wall there was HVAC vents that needs to be relocated, also all electric on the kitchen and dining room needs to be redone, ceiling sending and patching was a gift! it was way more work that was added, and we don't work for free! P.s. we did pass all inspection, and job was done, fast, clean, cheap and professional customer was happy ?, and give us 3 star ?

I believe Andrew S. I had two bathrooms and a bedroom remodeled with them. We agreed on a budget from the beginning with everything. I told them they have to do everything in that budget because I don’t want any surprise charges. They agreed and after they tried to charge extra for any little thing. After 3 months from the remodeling tiles started detaching from the walls and floors. Six months after I am still with a job site in my house because they can’t find a competent team to come fix my bathrooms. My only solution now is to take them to court. We are not the only ones with this issues. I was contacted by two more clients of them with the same issues. They are scammers and they hire anybody to work in your house they pay them cheap and they take huge percentage. The job was poorly and they refuse to fix it.
