Paul was very helpful with our project. His crew was helpful as well. We would highly recommend him!

Paul responded to my request and came to my property promptly. He invested significant time to review my prospective projects and provided education and professional guidance to assist with my decision making and prioritization process. I have not yet commenced these projects, but i would not hesitate in recommending P.A Darcy to anyone ready to start their construction projects. I will definitely be reaching out to Paul in the future when I am ready to proceed.

Paul was the first contractor to respond to our request for help to repair structural damage at our church. Paul came with a structural engineer at no charge to assess the situation and suggest how to fix the problem. We haven't done any work yet on the church, but I saw Paul's excellent workmanship on a deck he was rebuilding nearby. After talking with him at length and seeing his quality work on the deck, I would have no hesitation recommending him.

He was going to redo my kitchen, convinced me to redo my bathroom and some work in my basement. He gutted my kitchen bathroom and basement in June of 2022 and never finished it. He kept making empty promises. He would show up 3 days in 3 weeks and each day stay/work for 90 min. Because of him not completing the job and me finally firing him I have lost over a year of potential rental income since the kitchen, basement repair and bath were suppose to be done Sept of 2022. He ghosted me for 4-6 weeks at a time and for all the people that are giving him 5 stars good for you but I am 100% sure he used my deposit to finish your project. I have hired a lawyer and probably be going after him in the next few months for at least my deposit. Anyone who wants to contact me because they think he is great I have emails of me begging him to come back and finish after ghosting me for months to weeks at a time. I finally cut my losses, fired him and got someone to finish his work. New contractor said he did good work but he (Paul) probably found something more profitably with his time.
He claims his mom died and wife got cancer when he would stop communication. I don't want to say he is lying so I just won't say anything at all, but he would just stop texting, calling emailing and showing up, then be like "my wife has cancer". I would feel bad so I would "let" him come back but I am not sure how any of that stops him from sending a text or email telling me he needs a little time and when he will be back, instead he disappeared from Feb-April 2023 and I had to call the Randolph building inspector before he came back. It was my fault for allowing it to go on for so long but I wanted to avoid hire a contractor to finish an old contractors work, but I should have done it months ago.
He left a bunch of tools and equipment because he did not have the balls to contact me again so I sold it and got some money back but not enough.
I want to be clear also, I paid for everything when he asked so it isn't like he stopped working because I refuse to pay. I paid and have the contract to prove it.
Unless you are a priority he does not care about you or your project and will abandon you.
