We just had a property gutted and rehabbed by his company and associates and there is something wrong with just about every installation. We have had to put out so much money in repairs, including having the entire master bath floor redone. They didn't even bother to put any rubber in place, which caused leaking and damages to the floor and ceiling beneath. They made huge production mistake throughout the rehab all at our cost and really did not have experts to satisfy the task. I am glad to be done with them and will never use him or any of his associates again. Horrible experience, horrible contractors. I kept telling my husband to replace them but he felt as though we were too far into the project. We are still cleaning up for and paying for their mistakes.
