These guys are horrible. Don’t give them all your money until they are finished. They haven’t finished my yard and it’s four months later and I’m still fighting with them. They keep sending people that know nothing of the issues that need corrected and people keep coming back making things worse. Go elsewhere If you want good service.

I had a very similar experience to the review given by Somer G. Paul used to live across the street from my house and I assumed he would care about his reputation since some of the neighbors still remember him. Paul agreed to start front/back yard renovations and he suggested we break the work into different stages. The scope of the work we discussed was excavation, grading, trench drain installation, and artificial grass. Paul and his crew could not even successfully complete the first stage and now I will be looking for someone new to help with future work. My experience with Paul can be summed up as, no attention to detail with terrible communication.
Here are a few examples:
While excavating my front yard the crew bent the main water supply line to my house. Thankfully it didn't puncture, or it would have been an even bigger mess. While I was in my garage, I heard one of the employees say, "Does he have water to the house?" Of course, I walked out to see the bent supply line sticking out of the ground. It was disclosed that Paul did the same thing, years ago, when digging up his front yard when he lived across the street! You'd think he would have learned to exercise caution, but no.
It doesn't stop there either. Paul's employee put it on me to fix the bent supply line. He said, "We don't do plumbing." and told me I would have to figure it out. I called around and couldn't get a plumber out the same day, so I went to Home Depot to purchase tools necessary to fix the line. When I got back to the house Paul was back on site and I asked him to at least reimburse me for the supplies. His response was, "Oh, you want me to pay for that?". It was only after I asked for reimbursement that he offered to have a plumber come out.
They also did a terrible job excavating material. We had agreed upon excavating the yard to 3" below the concrete pool decking. There are areas of the back yard that are still even with the pool decking, not excavated 3" down. When I asked Paul why he didn't excavate the area, like we had agreed upon, he let me know they would be using those "high spots" to fill other areas in when I have grass installed. If he would have come back to continue the job, I have no issue. But he declined to keep working the job and now I'm left with a yard that is not excavated. Other areas of my yard, such as around the pool equipment, were not even touched. Paul gave the same answer, that they would take care of it when installing the grass.
Paul was paid in full for this work, as a good faith gesture on my part, with the idea the remaining work would be completed when his crew came back to perform the next phase. I did not get what I paid for and am incredibly disappointed by the entire experience.
Paul will tout how long he's been in business, but just because you've done something a long time doesn't mean you're good at it. While Paul and his crew may have done well for others, I would steer clear of using him. Find someone who can live up to their word.
