    seal driveway

Stay away from this Driveway P&L contractor, he uses Sealant that washes off in 3 month and he claimed he double sprayed ,charge $900.00 when i complained to him about the poor quality of material ,he quoted me for another $ 600.00 he would give me a warranty. I was scammed and will let anyone know that Jim and CO. owner Chelsea Pooler dont stand behind there workmanship & product. Do your self a favor, find another Driveway contractor .

    Install asphalt
    $1,500

Shady, shady, shady. I went against my gut feeling and hired P & L. There was no social media page for the company, I couldn't find a website, no pictures of previous projects, and there were only 4 generic reviews on Angi's. But he came out promptly and quoted the job and seemed very professional and knowledgeable at the time. We discussed widening our existing asphalt driveway (5ft on one side and 4 ft on the other) taking care not to disturb the roots of the neighbors tree. We also discussed paying by credit card through Angi's. A week later, we emailed asking to start the project. They promptly came out and we discussed the project again. His father kept wanting to make the project larger and dig out my neighbor's tree roots. He kept reminding his dad of the plans. We paid half of the cost directly to him by check (he said we couldn't pay by credit card as previously discussed because he said he wasn't receiving payments through Angi's). They said they would return the next day and complete the project. He wasn't there the next day but his crew was. His father dug exactly what he wanted and dug far too large and removed the tree roots. They left without doing anything else and never communicated when they would return. I finally got ahold of the owner on sat to discuss a return date and the problems already with the job. He returned Monday to survey the damage and said since it was dug out they would just pave to the road. It rained for a few mornings but never heard from him during that time. I always had to initiate communication. They finally returned Thursday to pave. The left side was done correctly. The right side (the one that was dug too large) was pave to 5ft, but instead of a parking pad for my husband's truck that we discussed, it was a sharp angle and it didn't get paved to the road like it was discussed. They also left all their debris that they said they would remove. My husband reluctantly paid the other half by check written out to some woman. None of the money was paid to P&L. Save yourself some hassle, pay a little more and go with someone else.

I didn't use names because Angi's doesn't allow that due to privacy issues.
