P&M was sub contracted to provide concrete pump services on my driveway replacement project. My new driveway included a heated driveway element with embedded heat tubes. The P&M contractor was walking all over the tubes and was asked to stop so he would not damage the system. His response was how can I walk after I personally asked him to stop. The prime asked him to not walk on the pipes, the business partner of the prime told him not to walk on the pipes. Needless to say he intentionally continued to walk across the entire pipe system. When the system was retested after the poor in has a leak, which is now under 5 inches of concrete. The prime contractor took extra care in not stepping on the pipes as there was twelve inch walkways between the pipes. I am a service connected Disabled Veteran with severe Raynuads disease (Frost Bite) in both my feet and hands. We paid for this system to minimize my exposure to cold during winter storms. P&M destroyed the system when they intentionally walked across as much as possible. This is a 4k to 10k loss, not resolved yet
