One of the most rude and uncourteous men I've ever spoken to. It certainly surprises me his customer service has allowed him to stay in business at all. I'm a busy business owner, and so I don't usually take my time to place reviews on anything unless they truly merit it, and even then, I only do it to promote outstanding workers. Mr. Jim however has me so over the edge I find myself in the necessity to warn any who may be interested that this man is not man to be trusted. I wish you all good luck!
