I'll amend this review if the job ever gets finished.
I wish I had read reviews from this site before hiring this company.
It's been one problem after another with Jeff. No call backs. A 2 week bathroom job for my parents is now in it's 6th week. The bathroom is just drywall and plywood. The actual worker, JR is really good, but, hasn't been here in 3 weeks. In the middle of demo, Jeff suggested a shower pan instead of tile. Oh, he's got this great idea. I agree. Well, then Jeff gets sick for over a week. Ok. Then the tiny shower pan shows up. Nope. Then it takes Jeff over a week to call me back. I give him the measurements again. Another week with no return calls. Then, when I do talk to Jeff, gosh he didn't order the pan. He claims to be doing it as we speak. Oh, and it takes 7 - 10 days. We're in day 14 now. Some more fun news. My father dies. Now, what do we do! People coming for a service and no one can stay here. AND so far we have paid $11,000 for an empty room. Lovely.

Me again. Job started March 9. This is May 9. Got shower floor tile in today! No grout here onsite for tomorrow, though. Let's see...what still needs to be done....shower walls, main floor, vanities, plumbing, fixtures, ceiling and wall lighting & exhaust fans, drywall mudding, relocating ductwork for heating, wiring, floor and door trims. None of the supplies have been stored here. They'll arrive "as needed". mmhmm.

Supposed to be 2 guys here daily. Dave has been solo more often than not. JR, as well. Those guys work great, but, slowly, since they are working alone.

Another funny story...called & talked to Jeff at the business phone number late last week. Called today & someone said that this number hasn't been connected to PA Remodelers for some time. Huh. Strange.

Where do I begin. For starters they over charged us and didn't complete the job. To top it off they did poor quality work but hammering a nail through the baseboard into 2, yes two different pipes; water and sewer. The water pipe eventually burst while we were on vaca (didn't know they had done this) and caused a drastic amount of damage to the two floors below it. On top of this they did not return any of my daily calls or texts for 12 straight days which was when I decided to give up on them and get a refund from my credit card company.

We had contacted the owner Jeff of PA Remodelers to have a roof replaced on our home. We had four bids previous and all were between 9 and 10 thousand dollars. A friend had recommended calling Jeff because he was a GAF installer. His initial bid was $14,000.00 but he lowered it to $12,000 after we said no to the 14. I suppose if we would have said ok to the original bid of 14K he would have walked away smiling and rubbing his hands together thinking....XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXers. That was fine we agreed thinking we were getting a better product with a life time warranty. The roof was installed in May and it is now October and to date they have not come back to replace or repair the gutters that were dented by his workers. They were extremely reckless....denting the gutters with their ladders, not to mention scratching my new pole lamp, cracking my fairly new shutters and breaking shrubs. I would never recommend them to anyone for a roof. I understand that things happen when doing this kind of work, but you as a business owner make things right. That is the cost of doing business. They were very attentive when trying to get the business and collecting the payment installments. His men were not even done pounding the last nail when his brother in law Rick was here to collect the money. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

Finally got the bathroom i wanted, these guys did a great job. I have already recommended them to friends . Would give them 5 stars but my tub was 2 days late by the manufacturer , not their fault. Other prices i was getting were outrageous , they we able to fit most of what i wanted into my limited budget..thanks guys.
