    Melvin and the PAC Leaders crew were a pleasure to work with. Throughout the process they were very professional, meticulous with detail, and all work expertly done. We provided them with our vision and they were able to execute with precision and bring that vision to life.Throughout the process I was impressed with Melvin's honest evaluation of what needed to be done and his commitment to doing it right and meeting all deadlines for completing the work. I am thoroughly pleased with my interactions with Melvin and his team and I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future

    Roofing, painting, finishing, etc..

    I was building a community center, out of shipping containers. I don't have a background in construction or trades, of any kind. And I think pretty much everyone I hired to help us complete the project, prior to PAC LEADERS, knew that. After so many terrible experiences, PAC LEADERS made the project seem effortless. They were affordable, knowledgeable, and efficient. They were also punctual and committed to doing a job that we could both be proud of. They were also patient. They walked me through every step of the process, from start to finish. I'm almost a pro now, myself! Since they've completed the first project, I've hired them for any others that have come along. It cost me a lot of time, heartache, and money, to find them. Now that I have, I can't imagine myself working with anyone else!

    Garage Construction project

    Pac Leaders built a complicated garage with rooftop deck for us. The garage had to make it through specific zoning approval because of how close it was to the house and this also affected the building materials and design for the garage. Melvin and Super Pac were very knowledgeable and built a garage and rooftop deck that connected to the existing deck that passed the final inspection with little issue.

    Complete basement renovation
    $350,000

    PAC Leaders brought a skilled, conscientious workforce to a complete build out of the basement in our 1885 home. They built a completely separate 2,000 sq. ft. apartment, nearly the equivalent of building a new home on a cramped lot. But we ended up with 9 to 10 foot ceilings after they dug out the basement and poured a new concrete slab with a state-of-the-art radiant heat floor. I would trust PAC Leaders as the general contractor on any job to which I was connected.

    Rehab, privacy fence, custom stage

    I’ve hired PAC Leaders for numerous projects over the past few years. Each time they provided excellent craftsmanship as well extraordinary professionalism. My projects included a custom stage for a graduation, privacy fence and a rehab. Highly recommend them for all projects!
