Founded in 1991, Pace Pacific Corporation is a Native American woman-owned general contracting firm based in Phoenix, Arizona, with an additional office in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Led by President and CEO Gloria J. Lowrie of the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe, the company provides construction and design-build services throughout Arizona, New Mexico, and the broader Southwestern United States. Pace Pacific works with state, local, federal, tribal, and private clients, delivering ground-up construction for facilities such as schools, healthcare centers, detention facilities, government buildings, and military projects. The firm also operates a self-performing concrete division and offers construction management and execution services.
