I hired Cory Pace to repair my house which was hit by a tornado in Marshalltown. I paid him 14000.00 dollars and he basically stole at least 11 thousand of it from me. He tore off part of the shingles and part of the siding and that was it, he refused to come back to finish the job and would not answer my calls, he refused to refund my money and I am in the process of a lawsuit with him, I would advise you to investigate his past and you will see he has been in trouble for stealing before, don't ever give him money until a job is completed

I hired this guy and he took forever to start then never did get the job done properly. Very poor workmanship also used cheaper supplies than what he said he would use when he quoted the job.
