M. Pachelli is a big talker. He stated several times that he would have "his crew and skidster" and other proper grading equipment needed to do our concrete work"there tomorrow". Never happened. Over four days time just he & a part-time teenager with shovels. When asked about leveling surface with @ least 2" of gravel base material he told us that would cost extra, we agreed to pay for base and told him we just wanted the job done correctly. He then said he was dissolving our contract and packed up and walked off leaving job unfinished. We paid him 60% up front. BEWARE! He is operating with an expired license!
