This company has gone the extra mile in every way. I asked for a bid on an HVAC unit that two other heating and cooling contractos refused to even look at. I live downtown on the 33rd floor of a highrise, and most contractors tell me right off that will not service units in a highrise. Parking is scarce, every trip to get a part requires an elevator ride, and with all the remodeling and building going on, contractors can stay busy without being inconvenienced. I have been without heat and air-conditioning for nearly a year because contractors don't want to service a highrise. They see the addess or drive to the building and take one look at the bulding and leave. This company stepped up where others panies refused. The guys have the proper licenses, they have been very aware of costs and tried to hold them down. I have the impression that they are honest and I know they are hard-working. In my 70 years, I have dealt with some really questionable contractors. These guys set a new standard of quality workmanship and customer care that is missing in the others I called. My highest recommedation goes to this business.
