I just moved into town so I have been looking for a reliable HVAC service. Pacific Coast not only met my expectations, but exceeded them. I believe the phone representative's name was Hailey; she was very thorough and patient with me while I tried to gather more information on my unit. Craig the technician was also very informative and took care of everything within a few hours. Great work!

I had an excellent experience with this company when they fixed my heating system. The technician the sent was professional, prompt, and thoroughly checked the issue. Not only did he quickly diagnose the problem, but he also took the time to ensure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the high quality of his work. My heating system is running smoothly now, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided.

Craig came out to inspect my AC system. He was prompt with timing and when he showed up he went straight to diagnosing my system. After about 30 minutes of diagnosing the issue in the condenser and in the attic unit (going back and forth from the attic unit to the yard several times), Craig found the issue. It was a simple repair and Craig was honest and genuine. Craig took his time to really find the issue and make the required repairs without charging me for something I don’t need. The cost was very reasonable and Craig made the experience very good. It was frustrating to have to wait during this hot weekend for someone to come out but Craig was worth the wait. I will definitely call them again when I move my condenser to the roof next year.

Craig came out and did the estimate giving me various options. He was very knowledgeable and helpful The install team did a great job getting it all done in one day. It included some asbestos removal. They too were helpful and respectful of our home and cleaned up well too. They even brought someone in to remove all the boxes and old material as we replaced the ducting after the fire. Definitely recommend.

Excellent service, would HIGHLY recommend this actual company that comes out and services equipment. They are not a middleman; they actually do the work. Anthony was amazing, came in diagnosed the issue in a few minutes, went to his truck, came back and within minutes had the AC running beautifully. HIGHLY recommend this company if you are in need of service & maintenance. Seriously blown away with how good the service was.

They came out to my home to fix my air conditioning system. Jose replaced the dual run cap. He had our air conditioner up and running within an hour of his arrival. Will be using them again for my regular maintenance or repairs in the future.

I found a coupon on their website http://pacificcoastheatingandair.com for a Tune up. I called them and they were wonderful they replaced my air filter and cleaned my 12 year old furnace. I will definitely be using them next year when it comes time to replace my heater.

Excellent work done on my new heating and a/c system Jose and his team replaced my full system and duct work the very next day. My old 40 year old system was to loud and noisy and would break down at least 3 times a year. Great job

They were honest and on time and did not push me to replace my 12 year old unit like all the other companies that were out here at my home tried to do, i will definitely be calling them when it is time to replace my system thanks for the excellent service.

John was very honest and helpful. My system was completely down and I thought I would have to replace it, but it turns out one of the wires had rubbed and caused my breakers to flip. He let me know what was wrong, fixed it fast and I was cool in no time. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family
