Unfortunately, when I had my attorney review the contract with these guys, it came to my attention that they have an unusually high number of CCB complaints. I missed this in my initial review of this contractor. I'm not comfortable moving forward with Pacific based on this issue.

Chris is the worst of the worst. We used his company to renovate our attic and also contracted with him to build an ADU for my mother-in-law. His company filed chapter 11 bankruptcy after delaying the ADU project for 8 months. Chris lied to us about filing paperwork to the city (same as the previous reviewer!). Now we'll likely never get the $48,000 deposit back as there are multiple other creditors who have been scammed by Chris. As for the attic build that his team did complete (6 months after they told us they would), many aspects are now falling apart. The shower is leaking the tiling has failed. We have a window that also needs to be replaced because it wasn't sealed properly. DO NOT WORK with this company or Chris McKenzie.
