Pacific NW Carpentry was hired by Cabinets to Go to install our kitchen. I talked to Pete, the owner, on Sunday and he told me we needed to have a place to put the old cabinets from the demo. I said I was going to have my truck backed to the door. They can load them for me as I recently had health issues. The Cabinets to Go salesman knew I had the issues.
They started ripping out the cabinets and the older guy looked at me and said, "YOU ARE NOT MY F-ING BOSS." When I asked nicely to put the cabinets on my truck.
Now, we have the cabinets here IN BOXES SINCE FRIDAY, TODAY IS TUESDAY and half our kitchen ripped out!!!
They just left the job!!! WELL, I am NOT PAYING THE FINANCE COMPANY, Wells Fargo, IF I do NOT RECEIVE WHAT I SIGNED FOR!!! I FINISHED KITCHEN!!!
THESE PEOPLE FROM PETE ON DOWN ARE TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT USE!!! THEY WANT TO ST$AL YOUR MONEY FOR A HALF-A$$ JOB!!!
