I hired Pacific Northwest Roofing to install a new roof. Saul the owner comes across as very nice and professional and his crew was very nice and hard working. When the roof was finished we noticed some things on the outside that needed to be addressed. The problems where fixed and a check was given to Saul paid in full. A few days later we needed to put some things up in the attic and WOO what a sight all the nails came through the ply wood it looks like they took a nail gun and shot the nails through. No one can go up there now because of the danger on getting a nail in the head or other parts of their body. We contacted Saul on June 1st and he said he would be out on June 3rd at 2PM well, no show and no call. I called at 2:30 left a message and called on Saturday and left a message and still no response. His employees did the work and it is up to him to fix the problem. I have a 5 yr. warranty on workmanship wonder if that even will be honored. I have had many roofs replaced in my lifetime and have never seen one installed so poorly. I would never recommend this company and further more I will be filling a complaint with the bbb and the Attorney Generals office. I never want this to happen to any other people. If I were to put my house on the market tomorrow it would never pass the inspection. Going with the lowest estimate is not always the best way to go.
