    They were very accommodating and they had a very competitive price. I am satisfied however there were issues that came up that I didn't plan for. I had to have my foundation taken out and relaid. I am happy with the results but I strongly suggest that someone be on site to supervise. They outlaid the room incorrectly but fortunately, I was able to have Pacific Patio correct it before we got too far. Also, they erected a curb right outside the doorway that I insisted be taken out because of safety issues. I had problems with the doors and lights but they were accommodating and repaired everything to my satisfaction. I am happy with my room but not all the issues that came up but I guess that could happen with any company. Just make sure you're there to supervise. They are nice people but don't communicate as much as I like.

    After meeting with other contractors we selected Pacific Patio to build our Sunroom. Total project took about 4 weeks actual build time. There were delays to weather and our vacation time. But overall the project went very well.

    I was very impressed as to how well they kept the construction area clean and maintained at the end of each day. It was easy to walk around and inspect the work each day and point out areas of concern. Even after construction was completed we identified a problem with water leaks under the walls, they were very responsive in correcting the problem ensuring it was no longer an issue.
