We used Pacific1 Construction to remodel our kitchen. We had our cabinets painted, drop soffit removed, granite installed, backsplash added, can lights installed, and hardware changed. Everyone was so attentive and listened to any concerns from the design process to the actual remodeling process. Definitely a group of hard working people and very friendly! They take pride in their work and make sure that you as a customer are satisfied and taken care of. I highly recommend using Pacific1 Construction and I will definitely use them in the future.

This is the 2nd job Charlie has done for me. His crew always does a great job. They start the job on time. They are there everyday on time and do awesome work. I couldn't be happier!!! I love my new back yard driveway!!!! He completed a drive in my backyard from my house to my mother's house. It was over 400ft and 8ft wide. He also did 10ft drive from the front of my old barn back around it about another 100ft. Now, I can ride my hover board back & forth to my mother's house and she can drive her golf cart without getting bumped all over the place. We also will be driving our cars back & forth. All of my friends and are very happy with his workmanship and punctuality and prices. Best quality work done befor his anticipated time frame and deadline.

I have used Pacific1 Construction on several occasions. The largest project they did for me was a complete remodel of the home, I was attempting to sell. They kept me in the loop on every aspect of the project giving me options and opinions on the work that needed to be done. The house sold very quickly and for more than I was expecting. They provide excellent customer service and amazing work. I gave them five stars only because 10 stars was not an option. Pacific1 Construction workers were very supportive from the beginning of our complete home remodeling that was done few months ago and completed last week. Chris was very skilled, communicative and perfectionist during the entire remodeling stages which was great to see as a clients.Chris’s quote was within our budget and with a good time frame that seemed to be reasonable for us. What a great company to work with!! From the first minute I met Charlie I had a good feeling about him, we actually needed to start the project because we had major issues with our old kitchen and bathroom, so after a short phone call with him, he showed up 2 days after and gave us a pretty good price for the amount of scope of work we asked, especially in the hard times we are in and even and the fact that we needed to start the job immediately. Charlie was super flexible with us which is greatly appreciated. We quickly designed our new kitchen and bathroom and they even did for us a Beautiful 3D rendering that showed us how our kitchen and bathroom gonna look like with all the materials we chose, along the way that was super helpful because there was no room for mistakes. The end result is amazing and we highly recommend Pacific1 Construction to everyone else.

They communicated very quickly, were responsive to our needs and concerns, and ultimately ensured that we ended up with landscape that looked beautiful. We are not happy with the original layout (when the ground is painted prior to installation) - the installer out quickly and I was able to work with him to make sure the layout was exactly what we wanted. Pacific1 Construction really helped us make our house exactly what we wanted. We added about 500 sq.ft to our house (2 bedrooms and a master bath), as well as some changes to our existing house, and the addition of central air and heat. From start to finish Charlie was there to answer any questions, make sure we felt good about everything, and offer advice on things. He truly cares and took the time to make sure we were happy. He has continued to help us get our landscaping back up to par and his crew did some other odds and ends for us. His crew, were extremely trustworthy, conscientious, and do great work. We appreciated the fact that the project finished on time and we were able to celebrate our daughter birthday in our house. We are very happy with everything they did. Pacific1 Construction renovated my entire house! Floors, walls, kitchen, bath, bedroom, closets, doors, roof, pools and back yards landscape, EVERYTHING!! Charlie and his crew are courteous, super reliable, and very skilled. My favorite part of the renovation was my new kitchen, which Charlie and his crew customized to perfection. Since we did do such extensive work, when we did hit a snag, we were able sort out issues rather easily, which I really appreciated. I would definitely work with Pacific1 Construction again.

We remodeled the garage with new ceiling, lighting and paint. We wanted to make it into a little gym with Treadmill etc. Charlie is great to work with and his team across the board does solid work. He and I planned out the various elements of the garage and evaluated ceiling and insulation options. Charlie kept me informed at every step, including when there were some small hiccups and couple of delays - primarily due to a did the drywall who was not very responsive. Charlie, on the other hand, is very responsive and conscientious about timelines and costs. The work was done in budget, and our garage looks really nice now.

I had two full bathrooms remodeled by Pacific1 Construction. Charlie and his crew did a excellent job on the project so much so that the highlight of the house are the two bathrooms!! Charlie is very polite, easy to work with, comes forth with good ideas, warns you of potential pitfalls in the plan before executing and last but definitely not the least he gives the best value for money. Complete remodeling job on a 100 year old house. They completely gutted the bathroom and kitchen, created new closets, stripped ugly old fake paneling, and repainted everything. Charlie is a real pleasure to work with- as an older single woman, I had had past bad experiences with being talked down to or patronized by male contractors, but that was never the case with Charlie. It really felt like we were working together to plan my project and make revisions as we went along. I am very pleased with the final results. The quality of the work was great. The designers are highly educated professionals with a great eye for detail. They really take the time to understand their client's needs and put together the best design to work for them. They provided a detailed line item breakdown of all the work finished and including design change orders that we made along the way. The employees were top notch craftsman, they proved high quality work from flooring & back-splash tiling, counter-top fabrication, cabinet, new electrical, framing, drywall, texturing, plumbing, etc. They were continually on time and every day the job site was left clean after working. We love our beautiful kitchen. Charlie was very pleasant and personable - working with them was first-rate and easy. We are extremely happy with the results and give them high recommendations to anyone with a construction project.

We hired Pacific1 Construction to remove a load bearing wall and completely renovate a 1970s kitchen. From the beginning, Charlie was very helpful as we worked through several iterations of our plans. We had designed the kitchen ourselves, and used IKEA cabinet boxes with custom made doors, so we required some guidance and hand-holding, and Charlie, Chris, and the rest of the crew were wonderfully patient through the process. The professional architect to create the plan for the load bearing wall to come down and the beam to go in it's place, so we felt confident in the structural work. Something we appreciated was Charlie’s commitment to stay on budget. The communication was excellent throughout - Charlie responded almost immediately to any questions or concerns. Also, his crew are really nice people. The final product is gorgeous. The carpentry is flawless - the moldings and trim are beautiful, and, as a result, what is essentially an IKEA kitchen looks like something from a magazine!
