Rich Lawrence is the founder of PacifiCoastal Design & Construction and has over 25 years of industry expertise as well as extensive education in Architecture, Building Construction Technologies, and Real Estate. Rich oversees every project with personal attention from start to finish, bringing to the table a wealth of knowledge, experience and an unprecedented eye for detail. Before becoming licensed, Rich worked as a carpenter for a framing contractor building exclusively large custom estates in the prestigeous neighborhoods of Rancho Santa Fe and Fairbanks Ranch. Later he spent a few more years working with a commercial framing contractor building mostly schools, wood framed commercial buildings and shopping centers throughout San Diego County.

Rich gave a concrete delivery date and worked extra hours (Sunday) to keep that date. He worked hard, jack hammering and hauling away the old, cracked concrete, exposing the huge amount of large roots underneath the old pad, and cutting and digging them out to prepare the base of the concrete parking pad with road base, and rebar. Everything went without a hitch for us, the homeowners, but required Rich to scramble to get everything done on time, which he did. I highly recommend him.
