WARNING!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PACIFICSKY SOLAR!!!
When they showed up at our house, the PacificSky Solar employees MISLED my wife and I about who they worked for. The PacificSky Solar employees MISLED us by saying that they worked for the City Of Los Angeles/Los Angeles County. The other PacificSky Solar employee MISLED us by omission because they did not say anything to correct what the first PacificSky Solar employee had said...VERY MISLEADING AND DECEITFUL!!!
The PacificSky Solar employees also MISLED us by telling us that they would give us 2 electric vehicle chargers, but they ended up installing only 1 electric vehicle charger. In order to get the sale, the PacificSky Solar employees said that they would give us 2 electric vehicle chargers, but we later discovered that they OMITTED the second electric vehicle charger from the contract...AGAIN, VERY MISLEADING AND DECEITFUL!!!
The PacificSky Solar employees MISLED us by saying that we would get a refund check from the State Of California in the amount of approximately $15,000.00, but we only received approximately $6,000.00 (not even half of what they told us we would receive)...AGAIN, VERY MISLEADING AND DECEITFUL!!!
The PacificSky Solar employees also MISLED us when they told us that our solar system would be installed and activated much more quickly (in about 2 weeks) if we chose PacificSky Solar instead of another solar company because they have a better working relationship with L.A.D.W.P. than any of the other solar companies. However, IT TOOK MORE THAN 2 MONTHS FOR OUR SOLAR SYSTEM TO BE INSTALLED AND ACTIVATED...ONCE AGAIN, VERY MISLEADING AND DECEITFUL!!!
The PacificSky Solar employees recommended that we should install 27 solar panels because they told us that would be more than enough to cause the electricity charges on our L.A.D.W.P. bills to decrease to $0.00, and also enough to give us a credit toward the water and sanitation charges on our bills. However, our L.A.D.W.P. bills have only decreased to about half of what they were before installing the solar panels, and that is because the electricity charges have not gone to $0.00 like the PacificSky Solar employees MISLED us to believe they would, even though we paid a higher amount to have 30 solar panels installed (3 more than they had recommended) in order to try to ensure that we would produce more than enough solar power to cause the electricity charges on our L.A.D.W.P. bills to decrease to $0.00. SINCE THE SOLAR PANELS WERE INSTALLED, OUR L.A.D.W.P. ELECTRICITY CHARGES HAVE NEVER DECREASED TO $0.00. SO NOW WE NOT ONLY HAVE TO PAY FOR THE LOAN FOR THE SOLAR PANELS, WE ARE ALSO STILL HAVING TO PAY FOR ELECTRICITY CHARGES...ONCE AGAIN, VERY MISLEADING AND DECEITFUL!!!
A few of the solar panels that the PacificSky Solar employees installed on our roof were supposedly new but they were SCRATCHED...POOR QUALITY, INCONSIDERATE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
The PacificSky Solar employees MISLABELED MORE THAN HALF OF THE CIRCUIT BREAKERS in our circuit breaker box, which we then had to take the time to correct ourselves...UNSAFE, POOR QUALITY, INCONSIDERATE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
As per L.A.D.W.P. requirements, a PacificSky Solar employee attached a placard to our circuit breaker box. The diagram on the placard that PacificSky Solar created and attached is NOT ACCURATE and they have not corrected it even though I have asked them to do so...AGAIN, UNSAFE, POOR QUALITY, INCONSIDERATE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
When the PacificSky Solar employees had finished the installation work, they LEFT A BIG MESS BEHIND which we had to clean up ourselves - broken pieces of wood, a few dozen nails and screws, and other various materials...ONCE AGAIN, UNSAFE, POOR QUALITY, INCONSIDERATE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Over the past year, I HAVE SPOKEN NUMEROUS TIMES TO MULTIPLE PEOPLE WHO WORK IN VARIOUS POSITIONS AT PACIFICSKY SOLAR, ALL OF WHOM SAID THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF OUR CONCERNS. BUT AFTER TELLING ME THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF OUR CONCERNS, THEY EITHER MADE EXCUSES WHY THEY COULD NOT TAKE CARE OF OUR CONCERNS YET, STOPPED RETURNING MY PHONE CALLS, OR CHANGED THEIR PHONE NUMBER. THEY WERE JUST CONTINUOUSLY MISLEADING US AND DECEIVING US, AND NEVER HAD ANY INTENTION OF HELPING US, BECAUSE NOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT THEY WILL NOT HELP US. JUDGING BY SOME OF THE OTHER REVIEWS WE HAVE SEEN ON OTHER WEBSITES, OURS IS NOT AN ISOLATED CASE - THERE APPEARS TO BE A PATTERN OF PACIFICSKY SOLAR AND THEIR EMPLOYEES MISLEADING AND DECEIVING CUSTOMERS...UNACCEPTABLE, MISLEADING, DECEITFUL, AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Needless to say, WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED, VERY FRUSTRATED, VERY UPSET, AND EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with how PacificSky Solar and their employees have MISLED US, DECEIVED US, and TREATED US SO TERRIBLY, and we want to warn everyone - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PACIFICSKY SOLAR!!!
