We had Padgett and Sons do our patio cover and couldn't be happier. Our patio was previously totally exposed so largely unusable for a large part of the year. Way too much sun and too hot during the warm months, and couldn't sit out there when it was raining or snowing. We wanted an oversized patio cover and Padgett and Sons helped us by engineering it so we got exactly what we wanted, and installed the ceiling fans. Now the patio is able to be enjoyed pretty much year around. We were simultaneously having the outdoor kitchen done and they were great about coordinating with that company on placement of the counters and running the electrical down through the support posts to keep everything looking clean and neat.
The entire process was quick and easy, with Padgett and Sons handling everything from ordering the materials, to engineering, to the HOA applications. The final result is absolutely gorgeous -we've had nothing but rave compliments from friends and neighbors. They did a great job go cleaning up after the job was done which seems to not always happen with contractors these days. We got a great quote from them and they did the job for exactly what they quoted.
