Pafford construction. Specifically Lynne and David, are unresponsive and do not communicate issue. As buyers, we would like to be informed of progress to the house we’re buying and any issues that affect the purchase of the house. Every issue and problem was either our own discovery or was relayed to us by third party vendors/installers. Also, pafford missed two closing dates and behaved as tough this was completely acceptable with no consequences or apologies. They pass blame onto the very people they have hired and take no responsibility. That’s very telling and all I need to know about their business practices. I am underwhelmed and unimpressed. If we hadn’t opted and paid out of pocket for several upgrades in the house, we would walk away from this. But we know that this builder will not refund us for those steady paid expenses and would happily blow us off knowing they could sell the house to the next unsuspecting buyer. I would not deal with this builder in the future and regret putting Ernest money into a house that we really can’t escape now. Bid at your own risk

I would definitely not recommend this construction company. You will be left with a two page punchlist and you’lol never see/hear from
them to fix. Shoddy work and HORRIBLE customer service. In fact, there is NO customer service. Buyer beware. -

I would not recommend. The previous owner used Pafford/Meeks and the roof leaked after I bought the property. It was listed under Meeks but when I called them he told me I had to contact Pafford. Pafford never got back to me.
