    HVAC AND WATER HEATER

    I saw Julio's Job installed HVAC in Woodland Hills, when I went to an open house as a Real Estate Agent, and the owner of the house was very satisfied and he referred me to PAH Mechanical Services I contacted with Mr. Julio, he came ASAP and gave me a Great price.
    and he Installed the HVAC four years ago in my house in Winnetka. I have American Home Shield they told me you have to wait until the A/C stop working then we replace it for you.
    After few years my Water heater needed to be replaced I contacted AHS they said when your water heater stop working we will replace it for you.
    I contacted Mr. Julio again and he gave me a good price and he replaced my water heater. I give him 10 stars!!!!!! now I have a piece of mind

    The contractor is dragging the work and not finishing it. The contractor is using two inexperienced young people age 19/20. Who are untrained and unlicensed. We cannot communicate with them, because they don't speak English at all. The contractor is not coming to supervise them. It’s been one and half year and we very frustrated.

    Julio was supposed to be at my home today between 1 & 3. A little after 1 pm, I called to see when he would arrive. He said, "Let me check my schedule and call you back." That didn't make sense, but ok. And he never called back and never showed up. A little after 3, I called, and he didn't answer.
