Worst company ever. From the beginning this has been a disaster. In the contract it states they have 3 months from contract signing to when the panels would be installed. We waiting the 3 months with nothing. After we told them we would seek legal counsel they finally showed up to install the panels. We had 4 different crews work on our panels. Each one had something bad to say about the other crews. The 3rd crew that was at my house left open electrical lines in my attic, good thing the system was not working at the time as it would have burned my house down. Never had an inspector look at the work, as we live in the county. So not even sure if the work is done right. Since we have had the solar we are paying double in electricity. We have to pay for the solar panels and since we are a co-op electric company, they sell us back our electricity for wholesale price. So not only and I paying for the panels, I am still paying for electricity. We now have a system that is not working, it will work for 1 hour and then nothing. Trying calling Paic and it’s always the run around, if they answer. I do not recommend this company at all. From poor customer service to expensive solar panels and still paying for electricity, this company is a joke.

I honestly had a great experience with PAIC. I went online, they gave me quote and then 2-3 weeks later the system was installed. The team that came buy were super nice, they cleaned up after and then their office even called to ask if had been taken care of…it was awesome. Im very satisfied with my system and service!

I thought I did enough research before going ahead with solar, thanks to PAIC, I realize I did NOT do enough. At first, I thought it was going to be a good thing, start utilizing solar while it was hot and sunny, but PAIC did the install about 10 weeks ago, OKC came out and did the inspection, and as you might guess, it failed inspection! I still am not able to use my solar and not able to get ahold of PAIC now at all. So I am now paying for the solar AND paying my electric bill, that's just grand! I have all the these panels on my roof that do me no good.
I would have never let this company install anything on my house had I known it was going to turn out like this, so anyone reading these reviews, BEWARE! look for a better installer that will do it right the whole way through and not ignore you after they install. I can only think they are a fly by night company, when you call any of their numbers it goes to the same recording, no matter what number you push from their menu, it will take you to the same recording and hang up on you. They were good about scheduling, answering my calls and text messages, that is until their work failed inspection, it looked good to me but it was not done correctly according to the plans. So now no matter how much I call or text, I get ZERO response! so now I am stuck trying to figure out what I am suppose to do with a roof full of solar panels that I can't use and with a hefty bill to go with it.. Thanks a lot PAIC, bang up work you've done. thanks for leaving holding the bag. -

The experience was ok, however once the solar panels went in the follow up has been bad. They don't return calls, their phone number does not work half the time and when it does the automatic system states it didn't get your response on every call. If you are considering solar panels do with a local company.
Pending inspection, the first inspection failed and PAIC has been slow in responding and providing feed back. I'm making payments on something that does not work and no support. -

Would not recommend, since installing nothing functions as it should, company refuses to answer calls or questions as to why my panels do not work. They have been on my roof 3 times in two months and still 1/3 of the panels do not work. Hire literally anyone else.

Took them months to finish the install and inspections and get the power turned on past when they said it would be done. Then the solar panels only produce 1/3 of the energy they are supposed to. So I am left with a $135 solar panel bill and 2/3 of my electric bill every month. When I pointed this out to the installers I only received a generic, "give it a few months and the levels will balance out", I contacted them and the AVVIO sales rep about it multiple times and kept getting the same response. It's been 10 months now and the 1/3 amount hasn't changed through summer or winter. Now when I contact their outsourced support line they tell me they did their job of installing the equipment and they're not liable for making sure it was working in the first place. The contract I signed states there is a 10 yr warranty on their workmanship and a 25 yr warranty on the equipment. The sales rep promised me several times that if anything goes wrong with the solar panels I can just call them up and they will take care of it and that the panels I was getting would be more than enough. Lies. This company relies on people too unfamiliar with taking legal action against them to run their shady business.
