My experience was excellent we had cris and cody as the paint technicians that was sent to us from paint blasters nw and they painted my interior and exterior in federal way and my wife and i could not be happier with there work.Not only did they help my undecided wife on color selections but were very professional with us as my was starting to make me go nuts picking a color i apologize to them bothfor her being difficult but they were very friendly amd professional. They gladly returned several times to do samples and seemed to care a great deal with our satisfaction( they did have a small color sample/trip charge fee after the first 6 colors we picked didnt pass the wife which the fee was very reasonable.i think it was 10$ a sample figured the sample for the high end paint we wanted to use cost me $12 alone at homedepo when i was going to try it myself feel it was more then fair considering gas time and man hour they were loosing money at this point but still very friendly and never once did we feel rushed
The paint estimate was free i felt bad that it took About 22 different color samples(please note if you plan on painting we noticed some colors very in appearance from the paper test chips to the walls some look slightly different )
and about 2weeks after the free estimate of being undecided finally we by we i mean my wife lol decided on what colors to go where. They took great care of our belongings and didnt charge us to move our fully furnished home around to gain access to our walls(I helped)but they were a pleasure to have in our home. And did a fantastic job it took 4 days for the interior of our house which is pretty big and at the end of each work day for them left my home just as it was if not cleaner. They were Very tidy and clean as they worked. And over all looks fantastic we get complements all the time on our home now. The exterior was alot easier on selection thanks to our hoa having a very limited color selection. im not sure what they did different then other painters but the appearance of our exterior looks the best on our block with 2 homes the same color and style house being done after ours by queen ann painting following spring my neighbors houses still looked fine but have already began to dull in appearance as ours still looks freshly painted and really stands out.after talking to john my neighbor same style home and exact color apparently he paid $1400 more then us i have recommended them to all our friends and i suggest if your looking to do some paint work give them a call especially if your having trouble with colors selection or have a wife that cant make up her mind. These are the guys to use good luck in your home repairs
