A quality paint job is in the details, and when taking look at the paint job on my house, it is clear, Mike and his team are not quality painters.
There were multiple large paint drips, cobwebs that were not cleaned during prep, and old flaking paint that was not removed before painting. it was all simply painted over and there was still exposed wood under the old loose paint.
When I asked Mike about the old loose paint that was not removed, he came up with some excuse to why it's normal, but that they would come out a do extra work to "take care of it." It wasn't until our 4th conversation about that old loose paint that he finally admitted the surface prep wasn't done properly, but he was gaslighting me for days prior to that, so if your looking for an honest contractor, find someone else.
They did come out and try to fix the issues, but because basic surface prep was not done properly, this paint job will not last long. The damage is done and there is no amount of "taking care of it" that Mike can do to fix it. I'll have to get the house painted again in a year or so when this paint starts to fail.
