I paid up front and gave him additional funds for other jobs due to his constant moaning about his needs of family issues with his children, so much that I had to leave my house when he came here. He swore he was responsible and would finish the job. He dropped paint everywhere on my floors and couch and furniture, never used painters tape and left zigzag lines all over my wood trims and wood rails of my log cabin home. He didn't finish even one of the jobs. Then he had a million excuses why he couldn't come to work, that was in the fall, now it's spring and his phone is out of service. I paid over 1000 dollars and I had to buy the paint which I don't have. He took uncool ores cans here I paid, then he brought them right back a oaut and I never saw them again. If I find him I'm suing him.

I recently used painter Jim, I don't know if it's the same guy, but he did work for me and only charged me by the day at a fair rate. Did a great job and was cheap! I will recommend him to my friends. His prices are more than fair n was extremely polite. He showed up every day and I paid him for a days work every day.
