This is a difficult review to write since my experience with Tom and his crew started out great. While painting the exterior, they found and corrected several small structural and roofing problems. Unfortunately, after one or two days of them completing the painting job, many blotchy areas began to appear. They came and corrected one glaring area but trying to get them to come back to check on the other areas has been impossible! I have been waiting for 3 years, regularly calling and texting Tom, hearing one excuse and promise after another. Just today I received the comment, well,”you paid in full”. So, here is my suggestion: do not pay them in full until a few days have gone by, the paint is completely dry, and you then have thoroughly inspected the job. Another learning experience!
