  I should have paid attention to all the reviews but I didn’t. I heard about Jeff and his iffy reputation but I figured it was just disgruntled customers griping over nothing and trying to ruin a guys name. Turns out it’s all true and now, thousands of dollars later and I’m in the same position as his other customers. Do yourself a favor and find a company that doesn’t have an F on BBB and who you can find good reviews on no matter where you look. Jeff West will take your money and leave your job incomplete. He comes off professional at first and then just disappears. Jeff if you ever read this, know that there are multiple customers who are talking to one another. This is all going to catch up to you! Stop stealing from us!

  Whatever you do do not hire this guy. You will regret it! Can't even believe he's still in business with all the poor reviews and unfinished jobs he has out there. Not to mention he doesn't stand by his work, will not finish or repair jobs nor refund you your money if he doesn't finish. Guys a fraud. $20k kitchen and bath remodel never finished. Problems with the cabinets from day one. The guy needs to learn how to use a measuring tape. Two of the cabinets open into each other and he measured the space for the fridge too small, had to buy a new fridge! If you go with Jeff you're risking a lot.

  Jeff was hired to do a renovation of a single family home. He gave us a very organized bid and proof of concept which is why he hired him. We should have read the previous comments about his fraud and thievery. Jeff was communicating very well for the first 3 weeks. After week 4 he not only held our cabinets and hardwood hostage but stopped showing up to work. Jeff we will see you in court!

  The best experience I've had with a contractor yet .we hired Jeff to finish our 900 sq ft basement area, with a full kitchen and cinema room .... it turned out beautiful!!! He and all of his guys are extremely polite , and professional. Work was finished ahead of schedule and without interruption. I will definitely be using these guys again .

  About one month ago my husband and I were having trouble finding a reliable contractor to renovate our entire home .luckily we found pajax construction, and they did an amazing job .jeff and his crew were amazing throughout the entire process. He was helpful in giving us ideas on how to finish our home the way we could enjoy it for years to come . They built 2 bathrooms , and our kitchen and we couldn't be happier. We will be using pajax construction for all of our future home projects. We highly recommend this company.

  Very similar experience as the other reviewed. Hired and paid this Jeff West of pajax to demo a kitchen install new floor and cabinets. The cabinets which he claimed hand made by his uncle are garbage. Doors continue to come loose and they brackets he used are junk. This guy has either no idea what he's doing or doesn't give a crap or likely both. He's a thief and a fraud. Don't hire him. He has a book of work he shows you prior and it all looks good. Who would have known. I plan to take him to small claims court.

  basement support column work

  As a facilities Mgr for a Main Line Church, I went into a contract with Mr. Jeff West of Payjax construction. He was suppose to erect a steel support beam in our church basement and do some brick pointing. We gave him a requested $1800.00 for down payment. He never showed up, will not refund our money and wont answer or return phone calls. Our only recourse is to pursue legal action.

  Basement Remodel

  I hired Jeff West of Pajax Construction to remodel my 1,200 square foot basement for me in January 2017. He had received great reviews, was prompt and gave us a middle of the line quote. He also promised that work would be complete in 3, maybe 4 weeks which we loved so we hired him. Things started off great. He was prompt, explained everything and from what I saw did good work. But within a couple of weeks I noticed that he wasn't communicating as much and spending less and less time at my house. It is now June. He was paid over $40,000 and has run. He will not return any phone calls, texts or letters. He did concede that his work was incomplete and promised us a refund of $8,000 and my flooring and the only thing we ever got were excuses. Jeff West of Pajax Construction is a fraud. Don't bother hiring him as he will probably do the same to you.
