Absolutely horrible communication from sales manager to inside staff. We met with Tim in mid- December and was promised a quote by the first of they year... we are still waiting. If you can think of the excuse we have heard it, even after speaking to a manager this week and a promise that we would hear back by close of business - NOTHING. If this is the customer service before they have even started working I can't imagine what it would be like if they had our check in hand. Save yourself the time and frustration - choose another pool company, we sure did.
