We had a gas furnace and heat pump installed in our new home by Palatial Heating and couldn't be happier! The owner, Josh, was always on time, professional, and did excellent work. He also shared product knowledge which helped in selecting our system. The bid price was fair and reasonable. After the job was done, we hired him to come back to convert our hot water heater from natural gas to propane. He was back a couple days later and never charged us for the added work!! I would highly recommend Josh Lindquist and Palatial Heating & A/C LLC.

I would not recommend that you use this company for any service request. Tech could not fix situation and said he would be back the next day. Unhooked things on the furnace to make it work and then the owner filled his voice messages so he could not except messages. Have to have another Heating company come out and fix properly

This is easily the best company I have ever worked with regarding my HVAC or air-conditioning at my home. I would put them in the top three of service providers for home maintenance type issues. Josh (owner) quickly dispatched Chris to fix my furnace, which wasn’t working. The house was getting so cold! He was out within two hours and fixed my problem in less than an hour and the cost was fair and minimal. A couple days later another problem cropped up and my thermostat stopped working. Chris showed up the very next morning and within an hour had that problem also resolved. I can’t tell you how great this company is. As a woman I can tell you I’ve been taken advantage of numerous times over the years and it’s so nice to find a company that is trustworthy and fair and such high-quality work. When my furnace needs replacing, they will be who I call.
