Update: After my post on March 30, 2022, Palazzo Pool and Spa hired a new project manager named Charles. Ron the owner brought Charles to our house, the job site and Charles promised us that he has the authority to finish the project and that when he is finished, we will be totally satisfied with the product. While it took more than 2 years and lots of aggravation for the first 16 month's, once Charles came and took over the project, all changed for the better. The pool is finished now and is absolutely stunning. Charles was super responsive and did exactly what he promised! The 5 stars are definitely for Charles and it is also fair to take back my negative comments about Ron as he did, albeit late, come through for us in the end. Thank you Charles for doing a great job, wish you were onboard from the beginning, you are a wonderful and honest person! Thank you Ron for bringing Charles onboard, the pool is awesome!
