Joe completed several jobs in my 100-year-old house. He would request a down payment and, after begging him to start/complete the work, he would do it. I should have stopped at that time, but was anxious to get a few more jobs done. An estimate of close to $1,000 was given. Joe asked for $445 down. It was foolishly paid and he never came back. I recommend you DO NOT contract this CROOK.
