We were looking for a home and found this partially built home and fell in love with the view. We moved in August of 2018 and quickly after moving in we found that things that were supposed to be completed at closing were not and things that we were told by the builder were left out. There was supposed to be fencing on the porch that was never installed and Rod iron that was supposed to be on the stairs and deck is not rod iron, We found a hole in the flooring covered up with carpet in the main bedroom. A flute to the gas stove that was not even installed, The dishwasher was hooked up backwards and the garbage disposal was filling in to the dishwasher. Wiring, Plumbing, Cracks in stucco that was supposed to be fixed and a paint job that we paid extra for done very sloppy and many other issues we had to and are still correcting. If you go thru this builder I would make sure you check on his crew of builders dailey. There is burn marks all thru the counter top as if someone left a cigarette on it. The house never had a cleaning even though he said there was and now we are having to check the main plumbing pipes..... I am 100% sure he cut corners after we had signed papers as not everything was finished. So don't take his word on anything and make sure you verify everything done before you sign to pay on a house for half your life.
