Paliy Construction

We had Paliy construction remodel our downstairs floors, removing the original carpet and tile, and replacing it with Luxury Planks (LVP). The work was done efficiently, and professionally, with very good communication. Nazar helped with the design, and material selection, and we are very happy and impressed with the quality of their work. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

First of all, my new bathroom looks exactly like the one I showed them from online. I was very impressed with the fact that Art the owner was the one who personally came to my house. He came early and greeted us and had one simple question asking us what work we want done. He listened to everything we had to say and then sent us the estimate later that same day. He also offered some minor suggestions along the way that did not contradict with what we wanted. They. ended up being helpful. He was a great guy and wanted our business not just our money. Home projects are never simple or easy but Nazar always answered the phone when I called and he answered all of my questions. I must have been somewhat annoying since this was my first renovation in my home, but he kept assuring me that he’s there to answer any questions needed Once we agreed on the work and start date, their team did the work and completely exceeded my expectations. They showed up like clockwork and went straight to work all the while talking and getting to know me and my family. I got this work done late 2020 and I have already recommended Paliy Construction to two other families and will be using them for my kitchen remodel later this year!

First, I would like to say that the young men who came and did the floor install were excellent. They were professional, friendly and skilled. I would hire them again. The owner Art was also communicative and friendly, very timely and fairly priced.

We had a small finishing issue related to the baseboards being sealed, which may have been my fault for not clarifying at the start. However, the owner Art was very quick to respond and work with my schedule to get it sorted out. It's not often that I feel like a service provider's sincere goal is total customer satisfaction, but Paliy Construction definitely gave me that feeling. When it was completed, the job exceeded my expectations (which isn't easy), and I cannot recommend them enough! If you have a project Paliy could assist with, I strongly suggest calling them - you won't regret it.

Overall a refreshing customer service experience as well as a job done in a timely manner.

Art and David were extremely professional and answered all my questions while installing our new floors. Art was super helpful with guiding me in the purchase of the new flooring as well as recommending everything we would need. They were timely and efficient. They did a spectacular job! I couldn't have asked for better. They exceeded my expectations and were very quick with the install. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at replacing flooring! They even gave us a great deal on the install because we prepped the room ourselves. Best experience with a contractor that we've ever had! Thank you Art!
