We have been under contract with them for over 2 years and our home is still not completed. The construction manager assigned to us will not give us a phone number and the 2 times he has actually called it is from a blocked/unknown number and he does not return or communicate by email. The house sits for weeks on end with no work being done and the owner, Giro, does not respond to emails or to phone calls.
