    Build home
    $229,500

    Horrible builder. They will not build but will be guaranteed to walk off the job, incomplete with the banks draw money. The owner should be in jail for embezzlement.

    Build new single family home

    Signed a contract with Palladio Development June 2022. After continuous excuses and promises by Giro Katsimbrakis, they finally got permit approved in Jan. 2024. End of Feb. 2024. They cleared lot, then all we heard was excuses and promises but no work. They took first draw payment to start building and took over 20,000.00 to pay off realtors commissions, not applying it to building, made up a lot of overcharged expenses for the little they did and refused to refund true amount due. Ripoff company. Shady business. Do Not get involved with this company. Save your anger, frustration and loss of money!

    Went under contract with Palladio back in 2021, our home was just completed 2 months short of the two years. The home was supposed to have been customized but the bathroom tiles I picked was not installed neither was the ones they chose to substitute was anywhere near a match. We had sod laid that was completely dead living huge gaps and tripping hazards. Work on the inside of our home that we was promised to be repaired has went unanswered. Our calls has not been returned. Our messages have not been returned but READ. Completely unacceptable, unprofessional and at this point unresponsive. Can the owner of Palladio please contact us

    I would not only NOT recommend them to buyers, I would not recommend subcontractors work with them either. I've made a complaint to BBB about them and at this point am out 10,760.00. Along with this, a roofing company has a lien against my property for money Palladio owes them (300.00). This builder has a local office here in Palm Bay FL but are part of Palladio Development out of Irvine, CA so dealing with both and getting same run around.

    Home Construction

    I think this builder does not have enough funds we have been under contract for a year with approved permits since January 2022 and they refuse to begin construction they wont even give us a excuse. We have emailed several times no one answers. I recently found out that the CEO is a convicted felon for bank fraud back in 2004 google it and see for yourself.This company has put me and my family through so much stress I do not wish this on anyone I do not know if our home will ever be built and if this is all a scam. I do not trust them they have been a NIGHTMARE to work with if I could give 0 stars I would.

    I will never work with Polladio again. It’s been 8 months and nothing. They don’t know when there going to build, they don’t have a status on materials, nothing. First time home buyer/builder and this experience has been awful. Do not recommend!!!

    Build our dream home.
    $350,000

    So I have waited MANY weeks in hopes I wouldn't have to. But... our builder has pushed our hand, so here it goes....
    In May, we signed a contract for our dream home to be built by Palladio builders. We didn't skimp at all and selected everything we always wanted. After all, it was to be our dream home. The contract stated they would build on a lot to be acquired. They told us to go pick our lot. We found a beautiful canal lot. Over the next 6 weeks, we selected our options, colors and paid for the house deposit, land deposit and half of our upgrades.
    Fast forward to 3 days before the closing of our property. Ohhhh..... they do not have the funds available???? We even considered purchasing the property with additional money from us, but felt it was a bit risky. We became very unsettled and researched that Palladio has thousands of dollars of mechanical leins filed against them from lack of payments to their contractors. Ugh. They were in breach of contract so contract was cancelled. We called repeatedly and was always told "they would have to check" " It is being mailed out soon" and "you'll have it in approx 11 days" .
    Well my friends, not only have we not seen the money owed to us, we have had to hire an attorney to attempt to get our money. 2 weeks after initial contact with attorney, they are now disputing the amount owed to us.
    Guys. They owe us over $26,000 !!
    Please, DO NOT do business with Palladio Homes. I would not wish any of this on any of you. I have repeatedly asked them to do the right thing. Our lease will be up on our rental and we can't even buy a different house currently.
    Why is it so damn difficult for people to do what is right ??!!
    Stay FAR away from Palladio homes and please discourage your friends and family from them as well.
    I will be shouting my story to anyone and everyone I can. I would NEVER treat anyone the way we have been treated.
