I paid nearly $400k to Mike for an expansion and remodeling project in 2022. Almost immediately there were issues, most notably exterior stucco major cracking. Mike assured me this was expected and would take care of it. Fast forward last September he changed his tune and said this is considered normal and he will not cover anything. These aren’t just some cracks here and there - there are dozens of cracks all over the exterior. I decided to have the stucco tested and it was confirmed that the mix was incorrect and even too thin in many places. The cost to remove and restucco the house was quite a lot so instead we chose to seal the cracks and paint with elastomeric paint that can reduce the number of visible cracks (acts as a membrane). Now the floors are all squeaking everywhere in the new addition and contractor that came to inspect it said the subfloor wasn’t secured to the joist correctly (it’s sagging between the joists) and I have to spend more money to fix the mistakes Mike and his joker subcontractors have made. Stay far away from this company if you want to save you sanity and your money
