Building a pool from Palm Pool and Spa was the best decision EVER! I met with several other companies and they sent sales associates and didn't know the product. They were just flat out pushy or telling me what I should get. Adam (owner of Palm Pool and Spa) came to my house, not a salesman, and I instantly felt comfortable with his laid back personality and knowledge. I had a tricky yard and he is the only one that came up with the best way to build the pool of my dreams. From dig to swim was 2 months!!! Every person I came into contact with was friendly and helpful and trust me I asked a lot of questions. The quality and skill was exceptional! If there was an issue, it was resolved right away. I cannot thank Adam and Kelly and the whole team at Palm Pool and Spa enough for our amazing backyard! We absolutely love it!

Palm Pool and Spa is the absolute worst! Nothing is good. From their poor customer service to the quality of their work and lack of willingness to take any responsibility for problems or mistakes. My pool has been a disaster since the very first day. It took over 6 weeks to get Adam the owner to show up for a meeting and the emails from his wife Kelly are rude and unprofessional. Nothing was completed as promised and claims Palm Pool made before construction began remain incomplete. There are many visible problems and mistakes with my pool, that has left my whole back yard very unsafe for me, my pets and anyone who might go back there. The project looks unfinished with exposed, unfinished concrete around the edge of the pool. I have never been treated with so much disrespect buy anyone. and to top it all off my brand new pool, that no one(person or dog) has used because of all the safety issues has a LEAK!!!!! Adam and Kelly are taking no responsibility for the problems and basically ignore all my calls, texts and emails

Palm Pools and Spa , Inc did an AMAZING job in turning our backyard into a dream resort. We met with 5 different pool companies and as soon as we met with Adam we instantly knew he was who we wanted to work with for our project. From the start Adam understood our vision and was ready to bring it to life! Both himself and his wife Kelly were very quick to respond to any questions we had and always kept us updated as the project was going on. They truly went above and beyond to make sure our project was perfect. Their work is top notch and every employee we met was very nice and always extremely helpful. Throughout our whole project they did a fantastic job at keeping the jobsite very neat. We could not be happier with how our pool has turned out and we highly recommend Adam and his team to anyone looking to turn their backyard into their dreams!
