Update* They finally came out and put up the rest of the siding and claimed the job complete. Three days later siding is falling off and they refuse to adjust the bill to have it completed by a reputable company. They may know roofing but don’t let them near your siding job!
Been dealing with this company since December. Supposed to do my siding, shutters and skirting but still haven’t completed any. They put up 90% of the siding and about 80% of the skirting and no shutters. They cut through my electrical 3 times while replacing sheathing before they put up siding. Would not have fixed it had my husband not been home to make them. Had to argue to have rotten sheathing even replaced, they wanted to Tyvek over it. They left trash, building debris, cigarette butts and empty packs all over my porch and yard. I have not heard from them in over a week despite calling and texting 3 different numbers multiple times. Save yourself the headache I have experienced, do NOT hire this company.

I have to say I was quite pleased with the way my home was repaired. They applied for the permit the same day as I signed the contract. The materials were delivered out a week later and they were able to roof our entire house in two days. The interior drywall and painting was done after the roof. They did an amazing job and most of my neighbors are still waiting to get her projects started and ours was completely finished.

My roof leaked with the first storm after they "finished" the job. Frank came out and saw the damage to my ceiling, door frame, and door and said to call a painter. Two out of three new skylights they put in leaked, and as did my flat roof because they pitched it towards the house so it holds water. For that leak Frank offered to put a roof sealant over the brand new roof. They did a terrible job with the facia and flashing, and also left open holes so squirrels got into my attic and started chewing on my wires. Frank isn't a decent guy to do business with especially when he charged almost 18k for the terrible work. If you have a way to get in touch with him, post his number on here. If you have money to burn, just burn it, but definitely don't hure palm tree roofing.
