I had an horrible experience working with this contractor. Humberto was hired as a contractor in 2016 by my mortgage company to do some repairs. The amount of repair totaled $15,000.00. He did not complete the repairs, I took him to court and won the case. The court ordered him to pay me back for the repairs that were not completed, he stopped the payments and he was summoned by the courts for a new court date and he never showed up. I am still waiting for the payments and it is two years later 8/20/20

Palma Contracting replaced our roof about 4 years ago, Dulio (the owner) also repaired dry rot window frame and side porch, He is very professional and does excellent work. We hired this company to replace a leaky roof. The price was good and everything seemed in order. Unfortunately, after the job was completed we started noticing issues. They removed our gutter guards and did not put them back on. I have not found them anywhere and can only assume they threw them away. We needed diverters (I think they are called baffles) in the attic to help with air flow because we have insulation going right to where the attic floor meets the roof. They only installed some, with other being left laying around the attic. Some that they did install were not put in properly and have now fallen out after less than two months. It appears that the roof may still be leaking, but a neighbor said that it is possible the insulation is still wet and it is not leaking. These are only a few issues. I think the biggest issue is that I have been contacting the company repeatedly but have not heard from them in a month. I have heard absolutely nothing, not even an apology for the shoddy work and the fact that we now need to pay to have our gutter guards replaced. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
