Kyle replaced all of the flooring in our home. He had to demo ceramic tile and carpet and replace it with wood and travertine. He also gutted and remodeled our guest bathroom. Lastly he installed outdoor tile on our back patio. He does exceptional work! He is a perfectionist and ensures his work goes above and beyond expectations! If you can imagine it, he can install it! He is also very trust worthy and treated our home with the utmost respect! I would highly recommend using him for your next project!

If you are looking for an Honest Flooring Contractor who completes the job in a Timely Manner and within Budget, then you need to call Kyle Palmer!
Kyle did an Superb job laying tile in the kitchen at my Father-in-Laws home and really went "above and beyond" what was expected.
You can be that I will be calling Kyle again in the very near future!

Kyle Palmer came to our house in March of 2013 and laid approximately 1500 square feet of laminate in the common areas of our home. Nearly five years later, we are still extremely satisfied with our floors! Several months ago, we had a major water-tank leak that severely affected a portion of our beautiful flooring. Kyle was very gracious with his demanding schedule to come and assess our problem.
He discovered the water damage went BEYOND just the laminate and proceeded to replace not only the baseboards and flooring but the underlayment, subfloor, insulation AND the ruined joists! He even extended his efforts by pulling up and relaying a sizeable portion of our good flooring adjacent to the damaged area in order to make the new laminate flow seamlessly in with the original. To say that this was a major undertaking is a grave understatement! But Kyle explained to us that he looks at each project as if it's going to done in his own home.
He brought with him all the necessary tools and equipment for this one-stop workday, tackled the project without the help of an assistant and worked tirelessly and most efficiently from the beginning of the repair to the end. He was exact in his measurements and left no wasted material behind. Kyle's cleanup was immaculate, his attitude was professional, and the timely completion of his work resulted in an ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL floor!
As long as Palmer's Flooring exists, we will be seeking Kyle's expertise for not only our flooring updates but bath and kitchen home-improvement ideas as well. His gorgeous work speaks of his high standards and attention to detail. He delivers a flawless product and it's easy to see why this young man's expertise is in great demand!
