We had our temp pressure valve at our water heater get stuck open with water gushing out for no apparent reason on 2/15/24. So, we had to close the water to the water heater with no hot water for about 14hrs. I called Palo Verde that night and received a call within 30mins. from Pat who said they could get a person out the next afternoon. The next afternoon Andrew came out and replaced the temp valve within 30mins. We were impressed with Andrew's super customer service and friendly manner. We were pleased to have hot water again thanks to Palo Verde. We would recommend Palo Verde in a heart beat should you need a competent, professional, and friendly plumber.
