Palomar Homes built a house for me in 2017. We love the home. Randall was great to work with. He always had a smile on his face even when I changed things.
He also made some great recommendations to take the basic floor plan I had chosen and made it better. Easy to work with, very professional. It cost me approximately $445,000 to build, land, well and house. When completed it appraised for $570, 000 which shows the quality of work they do. My brother has used Palomar on several houses, and they all turned out great at a great price. When I have my next house built, I will definitely call Randall.
