The s'pool looks good, but we are concerned about problems since completion. The contractor is not responsive to requests and communications regarding the wall tear-down and replacement that his crew did that is not up to standards. The wall was re-constructed poorly, so the gate does not hang correctly. He agreed to put it back to the way it was, and he has not done that. He was quick to respond before the contract was signed, but when issues and questions arose during construction, he was very slow to answer. After saying he would come take care of this over three weeks ago, he now does not respond to calls or emails.
