While the work that was completed was pretty good, this contractor was months overdue, never completed the job and still owes me thousands of dollars for supplies he was supposed to pick up. He also removed my radiators to redo my floors and never reattached them, October came around and my house had no heat. We had to hire a plumber to come in and reattach them so that we can turn on the heat.
We contracted in June for a completion date of August 1st, it's December 14th and I still don't have a kitchen and have not heard a word.
If you use this contractor BUY YOUR OWN SUPPLIES and be VERY diligent.

The contractor took extended amounts of time to complete the job, some days, no call, no show. He left the work trash (he redid floors, walls, the ceiling in a basement room) in my backyard leaving it unusable for almost the entire summer and thusly ruing the unlying grass. When completed, the ceiling in the closet was not painted, there were paint splotches left on the new tile they had laid, the tile which was laid had paint and dust etc in the grouted areas. Not leaving a polished finish at all. He added baseboard heating to the room, which then caused shortages in different areas of the house. He was to add lighting to the backyard and patio areas which never worked and in turn caused shortages and outages in my garages. I have called, texted, emailed to let them know of everything going on all to be ignored.
