The houses are built okay. Some details were not done when our home was finish. One big complain we have is that if something breaks, it is hard to get ahold of someone to come fix it. We had a main sewage line break, and they do not want to fix it. Keep in mind this is a new home. Once we had them come fix it, the contractor told us that he will fix our backyard since he destroyed thousands of dollars on grass, gravel and pavers. He ended up backing up from fixing it and we had to go to court to fix. Again, decent homes but a lot of missing details and the contractor is a real piece of work.
