I had work done by Carlos Gonzalez AKA PAN AM Air cooling services LLC they first came out and gave me an estimate because my unit was not working and it was 92 degrees outside. They arrived and knew my pets and I had no air that they took advantage of me. I am an elderly lady that lives on my own and on a fixed income. He quoted me 2 times as much for the repair because he said he is the only one that will come at this hour. Horrible customer service, unethical and taking advantage on the elderly! On top of all that, i had to have it fixed 4 days later again. But this time from another reputable company. This is a slimy, shady guy! Run run run! He should treat people like he wants to be treated.
